Injured my knee running in January, gave up waiting for it to heal itself in February – saw Alex, who clearly explained what was going on, provided exercises and a walk/run program over the 2 months I was seeing him. Been increasing distances since then, and last weekend completed the Bay to Bay Marathon in Gosford (took me over 5 hours, but I did finish!). Thanks Alex and Thornleigh Performance Physiotherapy!
Izzy did amazing acupuncture on me after a soccer injury and I manage to play two games this past weekend thanks to her. Thanks very much. Highly recommend her!
Thomas Do was exceptional. He resolved my back pain and gave me the right exercises to keep it from flaring up. Great manner, very friendly and polite. Can't fault him
