It’s been more than a year since we purchased a full bedroom set and nectar mattress. When we were in the store, customer service was good and they were very helpful. From that point on the service has been terrible. We have always been the ones to initiate contact with the store, whether it is to check on if our furniture was in and later with issues we had with the furniture being damaged.
