Thornbrook responded immediately when I called about our elderly uncle who wanted to come home from the hospital and needed 24/7 care. Shivdeep, the nurse co-ordinator, came the next day to assess his condition and provided us with clear, helpful information and found the best caregivers for his situation. Thornbrook Home Care has been very helpful in coordinating home care for the past 13 months, for a friend that has dementia. The agency provided a live in care giver for week days and another care giver for weekends.Both care givers (aka PS.W.) developed a friendly, trusting relationship with the client and myself. The level of care was very satisfactory.
