I wanted to compliment Thornbrook on the care they've provided my mom for many years now. They've adapted to her changing care needs over the years and always provided professional and personal care. When the regular psw wasn't able to work, they seamlessly arranged for someone else to work, providing invaluable peace of mind.
This place wants skilled labor for minimum wage and gives nothing back to the employees who keep the business running. No appreciation, no proper raises, no recognition — just expectations. Workers deserve better.
