This is the worst financial institution ive ever worked with. The manager snoops through your finances, is unprofessional, and seemingly has issues or over complicates simple tasks such as money orders and deposits. Company wide, their policies are horrible. I have not experienced any of these difficulties anywhere else. The tellers that work at this location are all wonderful, kind, and as helpful as they can be. its not their fault Thornapple Credit Union is the way it is.
Everytime I go into thornapple credit union I always make sure to go to Morgan! She is always so nice and helpful!
The ATM here is slow and I always hope I don't get seviced by a particular lady. She snarkish and not enjoyable to deal with. She's huffy and rolls her eyes when asked basic questions. I'm sorry, are you working here or am I wasting your time? Send her to the hastings location. She'll fit right in.
Had a problem with Amazon canceling every order I made for weeks. Kristina in the card department spent a lot of time helping me with the issue. She called Amazon many many times and got the problem resolved.
Mallory in the Delton location is Very nice and always smiling!! Very nice to deal with.
