I have been with Thornapple Credit Union for 40 some years.I have done lots of business with them I have finance 5 or 6 vehicle through them with lower interest rates. Always had a saving account with them. And they alway had skip a payment during the holiday witch gave us more money for Christmas witch made it easier on us for Christmas.the people behind the counter have alway been friendly and helpful.I will never deal with a bank again. Been a member here for nearly 10 years and am deeply disappointed with their declining service. Spent two weeks trying to set up a Bank of America deposit enrollment with zero follow-ups despite multiple promises to contact me. Their online banking platform is outdated and basic transfers outside their network are needlessly complex. After nearly a decade of loyalty, I'm taking my business elsewhere. If you value responsive customer service, transparency, and modern banking convenience, I recommend looking at other options.
I. Went in with a check and they would not cash. It wrote on their account because it was over $250. They have to hold it policy. I said OK well, I have a share branch so deposit it. They can't do that without putting ahold on it for 14 days because it's over $250. What good is this bank?
Well went there today sat in drive thru for almost 20 minutes no one said anything so i left
