I've been a client since the early 80's. I've never earned a lot of money, usually less than $100K a year. The retirement planning and advice I've received, which really is coaching, has me poised to be financially prepared to retire soon. They do my taxes and also manage a financial portfolio. I do not recommend this place. Do not expect a call back or email response, especially from Micheal. There’s absolutely no customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Have had Mitchell do my taxes for several yrs now. Absolutely no problems. Great to work with. The front desk, though is another story. Called twice and left voice mails, asking specific questions, and for a return call....NOTHING. Finally on 3 call, I got Daisy to answer. I explained to her that no one Had bothered to return my two previous calls, and.... No explanation. No apologies. She took care of my issue but was short with me, and sounded irritated.

We have worked with Mitchell for 4 years now to help us with our annual tax filings. I am self-employed and he is always very helpful with making sure that I staying compliant while also maximizing deductions. Even during busy season, he takes time for us and answers our questions without making us feel rushed or like we are imposing. Highly recommend!
