Great customer service! Highly recommend Greg, Hailey and Mitchell in any financial needs!
I was referred to Haley Thorn by a friend, which is why I continued to leave voicemails and messages for her over several weeks. Last call had the Receptionist guarantee me she would call me back. She never did. What a lack of customer service and follow up from this business. If they won’t even return a call from a customer‘s referral how bad is it for someone who doesn’t even know anybody who uses them.
I've been a client since the early 80's. I've never earned a lot of money, usually less than $100K a year. The retirement planning and advice I've received, which really is coaching, has me poised to be financially prepared to retire soon. They do my taxes and also manage a financial portfolio. Their professional help has been invaluable in my financial journey. Easy to talk to, no judgment, realistic advice, and might I add, patient. Greg and Michael both are tremendous. I do not recommend this place. Do not expect a call back or email response, especially from Micheal. There’s absolutely no customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
