I love the Chehalis gym and the staff are really nice but the insanely dirty sauna and shower area gross me out so bad! The showers leak under the flooring and there is so much scum and who knows what all over them. I know that they aren’t being cleaned. I’ve seen the same splatters and hair and mildew day after day after day. I don’t understand why it’s not being maintained in there. It’s honestly a health hazard.
Great gym experience. Lots of machines and free weights. Has sauna and steam rooms.
canceled membership in person just before leaving town for working out of state. the young man at the counter assured me it was handled. thorbecks continued to bill me for about 10 months until I caught it. I have been working back and forth with the account rep person (very slow to reapond) only to find out the manager decided they would not reimburse any of the money they took. buyer beware. beyond that it is an OK gym that is overly packed at peak times.
Great layout and atmosphere. No complaints, haven't had issues with anyone being rude, on the contrary Jacob and Connor are always very welcoming and helpful.
