Fantastic family run business, very friendly and helpful staff, produces are amazing very large selection, highly recommend.
We’ve been using Thomsons for nearly two years now and they are excellent. They have a wide range of products, many of which are not available from other local wholesalers. Both Jackie and Michael are very helpful and friendly and Bryce always ensures we have what we need, when and where we need it. I love doing business with Thomsons Foodservice and can rely on them 100% for deliveries. I applaud their patience with me, especially in the early days as I was continually on the phone to them. Nothing’s too much bother and they are so friendly. Our customers continually praise the Lorne sausage and the flavour and tenderness of the meat in our steak pie. Fantastic family run business. I use Thomsons for the vast majority of my produce and always have Bryce, the sales associate, on the phone, double checking with the quality of my produce I get and offering me the latest deals and promotions. I almost exclusively use Thomsons for all my produce and have to say their butchery items are top of the range, I never have any problems and if I do they’re dealt with professionally and quickly.
