We recently sold a property using Kelly Hall at Thomson Webb and Corfield for conveyancing. Excellent service, particularly on keeping us up to date. By far the best conveyancing experience we have ever had. We would definitely recommend TW&C.
We have just successfully completed on a probate house sale. Emma Stanley and Louise Cutmore were excellent; they kept us informed of progress but did not 'waste' comms. They persevered to make progress even though the buyers solicitors were not that forthcoming/helpful. I recommended them to my son who actually completed before us - he also commented that they were excellent up to and during a stressful exchange and completion day. We recently used TWC for a house purchase and simply put they were excellent. Kelly and Julie were very easy to deal with, always available to talk to and kept a cool methodical approach when things got challenging down the chain. Although they would’ve been dealing with dozens of clients at the same time, we felt like we were the only ones. I would highly recommend.
