Still waiting on my taxes she/they filed my taxes with the wrong information ( wrong address twice). I filed in march still waiting on my taxes. I’m a landlord and investor also work a 9-5 job for the state of NY . I’ve always done my taxes myself never had a problem until I was referred by a friend to use this service.
