I’ve gone in and seen Toby several times. First time I was looking to buy a new bike. I had been to all the bike shops to get ideas. A couple of shops I literally got ignored. A contrast to here where I felt really treated with respect and I was given simple honest answers. Very helpful and very affordable. I’d say cheap. Love his dry humour but sorted us out on the spot with multiple requirements. I’ll be back as my local bike service provider. Electric bike and regular bike issues sorted.
