Very helpful right away!
Made a trip to Thompson Tile 03/25/2022 Arrived 3:25pm. Website said they close at 4:00pm. Sign on window said 4:30pm. Piece of paper taped to door said 3:30. Knocked on door, rude man came, opened the door, let us in to the showroom and said "we close at 3:30 so...." and then walked away and dissapeared. Descent showroom, but based on this experience, don't expect any courtesy.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Came to pick up an order of tiles and they had me in and out of the building in less that 10 minutes. They even helped me load up the tile.
