Contest Will. Inexperienced. It is specialised situation. After new firm notified Thompson they kept harrising me at home. Mr Thompson was a politician. It was a conflict of interested. I also had to pay other specialist law firm. Extremely disappointed. Family member had specialist law firm. They were more proactive towards me and selected a Mediator who also experienced life as I had. It always is a horrible experience when contest Will. Made worse by Thompson. Inappropriate behaviour. It was traumatic.
When residing in Carnegie, I visited this solicitor three times to try and have my will documented. I felt homophobia when discussing my requirements, mentioning my male partner, and was told to "come back after registering my relationship with the government". ...something that I believe is not necessary to create a will. I registered the relationship as per the advice and then visited the office again to make an appointment. I was told that I would be contacted to finalise a time. This never happened.
