I had the pleasure of doing a spa date here with my eldest cousin, and we both left floating on a cloud. We each had the CBD massage, and it was everything—deeply relaxing, beautifully executed, and soul-soothing. Very much loved our spa day here, definitely worth the visit. The staff were so very friendly and the aestheticians and masseuses were great. We enjoyed the sauna and the locker room was stocked with anything you need. The quiet room felt like a cozy living room with great snacks and a beautiful view of buffalo bayou. You also have access to the pool with a nice terrace.
I had a decent experience at Thompson Spa—the atmosphere was relaxing, the spa is absolutely gorgeous, high-quality snacks and beverages, and the staff provided good service. This was my second visit to the Spa and third staycation at the Hotel. However, I had a very awkward and uncomfortable moment when I had to find a way to excuse myself from my massage room just to get to the front desk and request a different therapist due to the hygiene concerns of the therapist/technician. Had a facial at the Thomson Houston spa and enjoyed my experience. Facilities were very clean and well appointed with a sauna and relaxation room with tea and snacks. Skin looked glowy after the facial.
Received a deep tissue massage from Siri. Best massage that I’ve had in my life. it was so therapeutic and healing. Thank you, Siri.
