He came round quickly to look at a leak and provide quote. Then dropped off the face of the earth, didn’t answer calls, and when he did he promised to call back and never did.

Ian and his team are amazing. They work at speed and to a high standard. I used Dampbusters for damp proofing during a refurbishment project initially. Since then, they have also treated several other areas of the house. This has included having a very porous end of terrace wall treated. The difference they have made is significant.
