Scheduled a call with Sean. The scheduled time came and went with zero follow up on his/ their part. The client's time (my time) is just as valuable as the attorney's. Do I get to bill them? Leaving me hanging shows they do not respect the client. If they do not respect me, then I can't trust them. Terrible.
