Having to move my parents several times to different units at Smith Crossing, I continue to use Thompson movers because of their reliability. John M. and Duffy were efficient and had experience in the facility that helped to smoothly accomplish our most recent move. Thank you! If you are looking for movers who actually care, look no further. The photo is Big Ben made from toothpicks and glued together, put together by a late WWII veteran...a sentimental object indeed. Not a hair of damage! In addition to packing several fragile objects, endless glassware further complicated by the truck not allowed on our driveway, John M, Alex, Duffy, Davis, Cody and J.P. made it look easy. Nothing was damaged or lost, and this was a big move. Many thanks to the team for making a very stressful situation easier.
Excellent company. From the minute they arrived John M,Mark and JP were so friendly and professional. They moved everything with such care. They had everything moved within 4 hours and the price was very reasonable.
