This company is such a joke. They send you this paperwork stating that you have to have your info to them 1 week before your appointment or it is canceled but neglect to tell that if you don’t have all your info at the time of your appointment (mind you that on 2/6 not everything is mailed so you can have it by that time example proof of insurance paper) so if you don’t have all your info you get automatically put on an extension and pretty much forgotten about.
