Beware. Terrible attorneys. Palmer Horst does not take calls, does not answer emails, does not complete work but keeps the retainer. We have been trying for 3 years to complete probate. He said it was complete except for one document MONTHS ago snd we still can’t get the document, a return call or a refund on unused retainer.
Do not give Palmer Horst a retainer before he does any work for you. My sister gave him $15,000, and he admittedly did NO work on her file, and now he won't give her her money back! I wish I could give him ZERO stars!
My experience has been terrible. He is unresponsive and completely uninterested in helping me with my legal matter. He has failed to respond to emails for months at a time, never follows up, sends things to the wrong place, claims to have lost tracking numbers, fails to ensure that court orders are correct. DO NOT USE.
Lucas Thompson provided me excellent counsel as he reviewed legal documents for my small consulting business. He suggested a number of modifications to the language that ended up being very important to the success of future projects. I would recommend to anybody looking for small business legal services
