TDS contacted me in January 2025 and stated they have sent a cheque regarding funds owed to us. Cheque has not arrived at residence. This would be despite communication for over a month now via email. None of the 4 people who I have contacted have responded with any information about this process. There were also issues with having a lawyer attending the document signing session. Customer service at a huge low here despite exorbitant legal fees. Just my experience.
Beautiful building
Needs more Diversity, Inclusion and Equality. The racial landscape needs more visible minority representation… TDS falls far below the ratio of standard practice considering the amount of black, indigenous and African populations in Winnipeg.
