They handled a tenant issue with a property owner that is known for being reluctant to pay anything owed. Through thorough knowledge of the law and firm positioning they got the property owner to pay what was owed without us having to go to court. It saved us a lot of frustration and solved in a matter of a couple of weeks what we had tried to resolve over several months. Would 100% use them again if a similar situation were to arise.
I emailed a question to them before the holiday and I'm very thankful that they answered it right away. I'd definitely come back for other services.
