Tamara is a terrible communicator..She charges top dollar and is annoying when you ask her a question . She doesn't want to go over your tax return She says just pick it up at the front desk.
Terrible experience with Leslie. He did not take his responsibilities to explain the taxes and was very aloof. You are not BETTER than the people that are paying you. Your clients deserve respect and attention. I had to remind him that my taxes were due and ask him what other deductions I should get receipts for. Very unprofessional.
Want disorganized tax filing and careless come here. Nothing was done properly and i ended up filing my own taxes. Some nerve to file something that will now cause a problem. It wont be my problem because the responsibility is with the person that filed it.
