The furniture is beautiful and top quality but sadly my experience with the sales staff at the Mt. Sinai location has been an absolute disappointment - and that is being kind. They input our order incorrectly and we waited 6 months to get a sectional that was partly in the wrong color. The staff did not follow up with me to rectify it - I had to call them. I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a couch back in Dec 2020 and have been repeatedly lied to about when this couch will arrive. The salesperson, Rich, has no idea what he is talking about and the store manager, Jeff is equally incompetent. A few weeks ago I was told my couch was in the “final stages of production”. Today I find out production has not even begun! And was basically called a liar as the manager told me that no one ever told me this information.
