Tom exceeded all my expectations. His best quality is availability. I was calling tom daily asking for mortgage estimates on homes I was visiting. He was never bothered and ALWAYS answered my calls. You can't ask for a more knowledgeable or more committed mortgage professional than Tom. I had been introduced to Tom some time ago and for a variety of reasons we never executed on the refinancing.
