Always fast and on time. Robert is a pleasure to work with. KTI Logistics, we have been using them for years and their rates are very competitive.
I do not have Zero star option here otherwise will gave them zero. Totally unprofessional and team of liars and once you were in business they stopped respond on your emails . We have their LTL freight and they Gave us wrong Appointment intentionally. And when we show up at customer and asked them why you send us here early morning when Receiver clearly mentioned you they will not unload at this time. Delayed the whole freight in trailer. I really enjoy dealing with and appreciate the staff at Thomas Wright. They are a carrier who will keep you up to date with any delays as soon as they see it happening. There is never any sugar coating when it comes to dealing with them. For shipments going from the mid eastern states to western Canada I highly recommend them. 💞
