Closing process was very informative throughout the lending period, and even though I’m closing day, there was a hiccup with the lender, Thomas & Webber was very accommodating in the process of getting the paperwork in order for a timely close.
Had a very favorable closing earlier this month. Lindsay was the facilitator and kept things moving along quickly and professionally. Questions were answered completely. It seemed like we were in and out in no time. And that's how a closing should take place.
