Hired ******************* in Oct to write a letter to my neighbors. He said before I sent the $2000 retainer no problem. I paid the retainer herd nothing from him after 2 weeks I called, I have been busy haven't had time. He said he would make a appointment for next week to come and see my property, 2 weeks later I called same thing haven't had time but i will come thursday , so he came first thing he said was whom he has worked for.
