Passing along my thanks to Jordan who did a great job with the install / programming of my mesh internet pods. The performance is noticeably better than the original Fibe signal. We find the TV picture quality is enhanced - love it! Plus there are no longer any WIFI connection issues for our cell phone use from the basement. I cannot express how happy my wife and I are with the purchase of our new 75 in SAMSUNG QLED tv with the wall mounted sound bar and sub woofer - it is simply an amazing piece of technology. Great service from start to finish. Tyler and Jake installed our TV, created a one of a kind apparatus (with a 3D printer) to hold the sound bar and effectively project the sound for our space. In hindsight, the pre-installation site visit was money well spent so there were no surprises on installation day. These guys are professionals and we will be getting their help with any of our future TV needs. Thank you Thomas TV!
I had the guys from Thomas TV at my new home to install a couple of TVs for me. I was so worried about cords showing and they had a brilliant solution for that. They also installed a 65" tv over the fireplace. I've dealt with them in the past, and always felt comfortable. I knew they'd take care of me and they did. Kind, respectful, and so knowledgeable. Their work is impeccable.You will not receive this kind of service from a big box store. I'm over the moon. I highly recommend Thomas TV.
