I had the best experience at Thomas TV, the Staff are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly. I purchased a TV and had it installed, great inhome service. Really liked the showroom!
Thomas TV in Welland is the only place I will buy my TV’s, speakers and anything electronic. The staff are professional, super knowledgeable and great to deal with. Prices are very competitive and fair. They provide excellent personal in home service which is rare these days and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them. Don’t even bother going anywhere else :)
Thomas Electronics goes above and beyond! We have been buying from them since at least 2010, maybe before. Very nice people, integrous, very knowlegdeable but yet not pushy. Customer service excellent.
We are really enjoying our new Samsung TVs. They were a great buy and competitively price with the major box stores. The installation was first class! The installers were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They took the time to explain everything and to make sure the equipment was installed in just the perfect location. Very happy that I chose Thomas TV and I highly recommend their installation team.
I feel like I am going to echo the comments made by others. Regardless, if you are looking for a TV or stereo components, this is definitely the place to go. I have not bought a TV for several years and it is amazing how much the technology has changed. Tom and Tyler were fantastic in terms of explaining the latest features that are available on a TV.
