If you are looking for even the most basic customer service go elsewhere. Thomas Turtle apparently has little interest in new customers. In short, the staff member who greeted me after walking in this week was aloof if not borderline rude while expressing little interest in helping me. He never said “how may I help you” or “give me a moment and I’ll be right with you”. He simply looked up from his computer and asked me to wait while he immediately went back to work his computer.
