I helped my mother with her tax return this year and this lady got very offended. I needed her past years tax return (after April 15th) and after asking for weeks and being ignored, my mom went in to ask for a copy, and the lady refused saying she has to wait two weeks and pay $20. My mom stated she simply need the numbers to complete this years taxes and the lady was so upset all because my mom didn’t go to her again, she would not give them to her. Terrible practice. Do not go here.
I found it to be very bad practice to charge for a past years tax return that she did, while making it extremely difficult to get. It should be as simple as emailing me a copy.
