Very unprofessional with changing hours and not being there when suppose to be. Taxes are not finished and it’s past the deadline. Now who is paying the penalty?? I would not recommended this service to no one.
Frankly I wouldn’t even give this person 1 star, as far as we are concerned she shouldn’t have her license! I’ve been trying for a year to get her to return my many messages!!! We don’t know if she even filed our taxes for last year 2022!! Stay away from Thomas Tax Service…..!!!!!!!!
