Called these folks to assist with my Mom's taxes where she had passed in 2024, sure we can help. Set up meeting March 19, 2025 and left all sensitive info with them.Called several times, they lost them, wait found them, opps not done, we'll call you back (never did). Several calls from myself and always "we'll call you back", never did. April 14th, I called, done yet? Ummmm, call you back, never did. Mr. Thomas does an excellent job doing taxes. I can say from experience having gone to a tax place (I won't say which one) who suggested it would cost some $700. But Mr. Thomas completed my taxes for far less and my return was definitely a fair one. I heard he has had this business for over 40 years. I also had the good fortune to meet his family. His wife is one of the most sincere, kind and caring Christian ladies I have ever met. Anyway, thank you to Mr. Thomas to help me in my life. I was grateful .
I have called 4 times to just get a copy of a year end P & L and balance sheet. Gena(spelling) is completely unprofessional, doesn't seem to know simple book keeping terminology, can't figure out how to use a phone system. Two days in a row, I was asked to call back for what I needed because she had too much to do. Didn't even offer to take my name and number and add it to her list of things to do. If you're thinking about using Thomas Tax.......DON'T! I gave one star because I had to! We will be moving our business elsewher... read more
