I was referred to Dr. Chung for my shoulder pain. After he reviewed my MRI he said I had to schedule a virtual visit. I had to pay $1,196 (after co-pay and insurance) for him to tell me that my shoulder requires surgery, and I need to find a surgeon. It was less than a 6 minute visit that could have been communicated through the MyChart App. He was rude the whole time because his microphone wasn't working and ended up calling my wife's phone to explain things to me.
