Very disorganized, they don't follow though. They took over a month to send the change of address paperwork. They received the latter of my appointment for my fingerprints and I wasn't even notify until I had to go there I person and the appointment was expired already, so I missued it. Now I have been waiting for them to re-scheduled again it gas been over a month and every time I called they said " oh I can't get in hold of them, but I'm gonna called again today and I will let you know soonest I get in hold of them" till t... read more
