We had such a poor experience with this attorney, I feel obligated to say something, especially after I heard the same story now from two of my neighbors who had to work with the same person. This attorney was representing the seller. When the seller requested to do a rent to own, he stated that he simply would not allow such even if there are several legal means to do such in a protected way in NY. Still have monies sitting in escrow because of this lawyer! It’s been over three years now. Still waiting! He did not fight the other attorney on my behalf. Do not recommend!
