We have been going to Tom for over a decade now. He always prepares us well and makes our appointment go smoothly, usually within an hour. I think his rates are reasonable and I feel confident that our taxes have been filed properly.

I have been going to Tom for years, and he is wonderful, personable and always smiling. His staff however, are not. They couldn t answer my questions without passing me off to someone else with an eye roll and because I didn t know the proper tax lingo looked at me like I was an idiot. Rather than explaining it, or kindly asking me for my number so Tom could review it and give me a call, I left angry without picking up my tax forms. I really, really like Tom. He is a really nice guy that tries hard to meet the needs of his customers. I have enjoyed each meeting I have had with him over the years. HOWEVER, his staff is some of the rudest people I have ever seen or spoken to. They do not pass on messages to Tom, they are disrespectful when you call or go in, and, they apparently someone did not know how to weigh an envelope to figure out how to calculate postage as one year my tax return was returned to me for insufficient postage.
