Had earnest money since June for Nov closing. A week before closing I was informed there was an issue with title. Cost me another month and $3k more. Could have been resolved had check been done in June.
If you should ever need a competent, intelligent, savvy real estate attorney, this is the firm for you. Mr. Tucker and associate Samantha went out of their way to assist me in completing an out of town sale of my house. Everything was completed in a speedy and conscientious manner.
