Having spent a little time debating and mulling over the choice of Chesterfield, sofas we finally decided to go with Thomas Lloyd. I took delivery of a Burlington sofa earlier this year. This was a replacement of a Burlington sofa I had bought previously. However , although it has the same name they have changed the type of leather. On looking at the sofa it has the appearance of an imitation leather and unfortunately is quite a hard sit. The company took it back for inspection and of course it's perfect ! The solution of the hardness of the cushions I hope, is to put gazebo weights on it over a spread out blanket. We recently ordered the Aspen range. We chose Thomas Lloyd because every year we stay at a cottage in West Wales and the sofas there are incredibly comfy and despite being over 10 years old, they still look great. I was a bit nervous about ordering online without seeing or ‘testing’ the sofas out in the showroom! The products coming from Thomas Lloyd are of the highest standard. The prices are reasonably low considering the high quality. The reduced items on sale are less expensive but are of the same high standard as I have found out. The communication system between the business and the customer is the best you could want. The staff are very helpful and efficient. I don't think another business could exceed the workmanship and business professionalism of Thomas Lloyd.
