Tom used to do our corporate and personal year end and taxes but decided to just stop answering the phone or emails. I assumed that he was dead and had to find another accountant on short notice. Now I discover that he is still in business but I cannot recommend him.
Nice on the phone during our first conversation. I sent in all requested paperwork and never heard back. I sent several emails to inquire about the status of my taxes, although I didn't want to be bothersome. I was amazed that my emails would be read and would go totally unreplied. Thank goodness for H & R Block's quick turn around time and the automatic extension this year.
I had always done my taxes on my own but felt like I was missing out on deductions and Tom was able to find them for me. I'm very satisfied with the return I'll get in a couple of weeks, and have Tom to thank for it! He made the whole process really easy and frustration-free. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him!
Tom is a great gentleman! Great work ethic and very methodical. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal or business accountant, even if it is just for taxes, he is exceptional.
