It was an absolute pleasure working with the team! The whole process was easy and smooth. In particular, Ellen kept in constant contact with me while being so kind and patient in answering all of my questions. There is a Spanish translator (Marlene) onsite and Mr Kim, the lawyer was very knowledgeable and gentle to speak with.
