Very helpful and courteous staff when dropping off donations
So embarrassing yesterday.. called talk with reception.. explain I was having trouble getting my Thanksgiving dinner..she explained on phone can't come back after today..I said thank you I understand.. when I got there with my family member she comes from behind desk with nasty attitude and stated "this your last time coming here..I was so embarrassing...we had already discussed that confidential on phone... already hard enough having to use a good bank she wanted to make me feel like I was begging....so embarrassing so emba... read more
