Mr. Shea took care of a huge county lien for us (larger than our purchase price). He has also done real estate property closings & title work for us. Smooth and accurate. He is also assisting us in a transfer of ownership for a property my grandmother owned in a near by county. Very thankful for his knowledge and being personable.
