Chirokas is soooo f*cking stupid, it borders on ridiculous. He tells me that depositions are for the attorneys but then he failed to show up at mine and instead sent in this other f*cking loser, who was more of a f*ckup than Chirokas, if that is at all possible. After he refused a settlement offer without even asking me about it, he appears at the trial and tells me, literally two f*cking minutes before going on the stand to read my deposition and to write down any questions I may have for him. this guy is a clown. never needing a lawyer before youd figure an attorney knew what he was doing so I didnt question him but this bozo he never discussed the case with me. he didnt show up at the deposition and failed to even read the deposition because at trial he never brought up one point from the deposition that would have helped my case. i was waiting and waiting and waiting for his cross examination and questions I answered at the deposition that would make a huge difference but he never asked me anything. thus, no ac... read more
