I have been working with Tom for over 10 years. Excellent service - professional and and a super nice guy!
Shockingly, appallingly unprofessional. Completely technically incapable. Failed to follow through numerous times with my requests, then didn't even bother to tell me he wasn't able to do the job, leaving me stranded. Had no problem sending my account passwords in a cleartext email. His "secure email" service is virtually useless - even he doesn't use it. Mr. Braun is professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Office is accessible and in great location. Excellent source of sound financial advice. Highly recommend for financial and tax advice/services.
I don't trust many people with my finances; but, Tom is the very BEST!!!! I trust him 100%. He always goes above and beyond... you won't go wrong when you choose to do business with him!!! Thank you Tom for being so wonderful every year :o)
