One of my favorite places to be when I attended UHM in the late 80s, lived and worked at East West Ctr Hale Manoa dorm, one of the best experiences of my life, attending and graduating from UHM, miss it more than words. I loved this campus.

Decent enough on the first floor. The rest is a waste of space. And it doesn't stay open long enough to consider itself a university library. More like a glorified county library, and that's still stretching it.
