Tom, Scott and crew were great. Great communication with me and great, level install. Fabric on my Schmidt table is tight, tight, tight!!! Highly recommend!!!
Replaced felt with new. workers were kind and on time. Two issues with two pockets, felt is not secured/glued properly. felt is loose and continues to loosen. requested service to secure for same but for over one year , no service call has been received. I will continue to try to have them come fix same. 18 months, no one has scheduled to come. review could be better when i get satisfaction. I always wanted my own pool table but never had the room. I recently moved and and was finally able to fit one. I loved the look of an antique Brunswick but knew nothing about them. Tommy Grimaldi walk me through the pros and cons of the models I was considerig so I could find the table I always wanted. He found the table I wanted., Refinished it , delivered it and installed it. Grimaldi Pool Tables saved the day! I needed an antique Brunswick pool table disassembled and then transported from south fork Watermill area back to central Long Island…the catch was I had less than 1 business day to arrange this…spoke to Tom and told him the situation…not only did he send a crew to get the table…the crew transported and reassembled the table the same day…the crew worked non-stop…table set-up was perfect…Thanks to Grimaldi and the guys…will be using this company in the future. Highly recommend!
There is only one guy to call to move, repair and adjust your Pool Table - "Thomas Grimaldi". Thomas is a great guy, easy to talk to, honest and most importantly stands by what he says he will do. You don't find many people like that today. I recommend Thomas and his guys 100%. They moved, repaired, replaced the felt and adjusted a pool table I received from a friend and did a great job.
