In the initial meeting, Bill Thomas was kind, listened and made me feel like a person. He was upfront with the costs, as well as what the possible negative outcomes were. On the day of court, he came and got me, and told me as we walked back to the elevator that everything was done and the case was taken care of. I was highly relieved, and told him that if I ever know anyone that needs a lawyer in Durham, I'll let them know to contact his office. Five stars.
