We had a great experience with Tom, he is fantastic and very personable.
DO NOT USE ANYONE IN THIS OFFICE. Between Thomas and Beverly, they have the combined tax knowledge of a house plant. Beverly literally just clicked boxes in the return, I kept having to correct her over her shoulder- everything from simple spelling to actual tax information, and our taxes were still incorrect, showing we owed $2800.00 when we actually were owed a refund of $600+.
