Ian provided unsolicited services and attempted to bully me into paying for them. He says since I provided information that was requested by his associate, that I had formally agreed to another service which I had not requested. Ian will attempt to nickel and dime clients for simple email communication replies such as “No worries, thank you for your email!” Beware this firm.
I would not recommend to use there service at all. Over estimated place.
