Don't know about the other review but my experience was pleasant, service quick and efficient. They absolutely did what they said they would do.
Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. I paid more than $300 for a rush serve. After getting no update from the process server for over 72 hours, I called Thomas Court Services and was told that the serve was complete and they would email me the affidavit or Return of Service. After waiting another 3 days and receiving nothing, I called again and was told once again that the serve was complete but still never received any docs. When I told the gentleman that I was going to have to use someone else. He cursed me and hung the phone. Not personal, professional nor would I recommend.
