I must say we are 69 days after I hired this atty (paid in full) and still know nothing more about the case then I did when I hired him :( All I get told is "waiting on call backs" really?? for 69 days??? I think not!! In fact a call back he waited on for 2 weeks, I contacted the individual and he states that he never got a call from this atty ... Go figure ... While hes waiting on callbacks his client sits in jail and has been for over 90 days ... I am fed up ... I think its time i find a new atty
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!! Don't waste your time. During initial consultation that took place on a Friday, I was told necessary paperwork would be filed "the first of the week" & they would call us to sign the papers. Four weeks after consultation NOTHING had been done. Multiple phone calls to check the status of the case were answered by the secretary. She told me once she would call me back, she didn't.
